Terms & Conditions




  • Items ordered must be paid for before they can be shipped. 
  • Curently, payment can only be accepted via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or Directly to our Bank Account.



  • Prices listed on Capri Cache Store will be in South African Rands, with equivalent USD and Euro rates available.
  • Should a User outside of South Africa wish to purchase any product from Capri Cache Store, they will need to include the Additional International Customer Fee to cover the costs of Foreign Exchange charges.
  • Prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and will change from time to time. We reserve the right to update or amend prices as and when the goods arrive in our Store.
  • Prices listed on the Website include 14% VAT.
  • Prices with a zero value indicate that we have not yet received the product in South Africa, so we do not yet know what the price will be (prices are dependant on the exchange rate as well as the incoming customs fees and duties). We add them to the Product List so that you may pre-order the item.  Zero value items DO NOT indicate free items!


Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders can be collected from us or from a Geocaching Event if we will be attending or can get your order to another geocacher who will be attending said Event. If to be collected from us, arrangements need to be made beforehand to ensure we are available at the time. Our physical address is: 9 Amsterdam Drive, Olivedale Ext 3.
  • Actual shipping will be done via the South African Post Office - either via Airmail with a Tracking Number (cheaper option) OR via Speedservices Counter to Counter with a Tracking Number.  Once posted, we will send you the relevant tracking number, and it will be up to you to track it and follow up on its progress to you.  The Shipping Rates for these two options, will be included as an orderable item when shopping on the Capri Cache Store Website.
  • Shipping will be done on a weekly basis as soon as payment has been received.
  • All shipping details need to be completed correctly, as any shipments returned to us as "undelivereable" due to incorrect information, will incur a fee for handling and the new postage fees will also be due, before re-sending the shipment.
  • International Orders: We will ship via the South African Post Office at the prevailing rates.  Please contact us first to get a quotation for your intended purchase and your location.



  • Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase, as Returns will not be accepted if an error is made on your part once payment has been received.  If you are uncertain about any details of the product you wish to purchase, please contact us via email or telephone and we will assist you.
  • If the item you receive from us is damaged or faulty, please return it to us in its original packaging and condition within 7 Days, and upon assessing the item, we will gladly give you a refund.  We reserve the right to charge an 8% handling fee for the processing of Returns.
  • Capri Cache Store will not be held responsible for any loss or damage from the South African Post Office or any other shipping company. Only if an item has a manufacturing fault, will we consider a Refund.


Electronic Communication

  • When a User visits the Capri Cache Store Website or sends an email to Capri Cache Store, that User consents to receiving communication from Capri Cache Store electronically.




  • This Website is supplied on an "as is" basis and has not been compiled or supplied to meet the User's individual requirements. It is the sole responsibility of the User to satisfy itself prior to entering into this Agreement with Capri Cache Store that the service available from and through this Website will meet the User's individual requirements and be compatible with the User's hardware and/or software.

Stock Availability

  • Please note the indication of Stock Availability. If the indicator is set to "Pre-Order" it means that you need to order it before we will get the stock OR it could also mean that we have ordered the item from our suppliers and have not yet received it.
